For travel agencies
List your agency on Recent Visits
Reach travellers planning Nepal trips. Travellers find your tours in our guides and in the AI assistant, ask you for quotes and accept them on Recent Visits.
How it works
- Step 1
Find or add your agency
Claim your listing below, or apply if your agency is not listed yet.
- Step 2
Send your details and documents
Your ID and the agency’s Department of Tourism licence or company registration. Only our team sees them.
- Step 3
We verify by phone
We call the agency on the number from its own website to confirm you work there.
- Step 4
The owner invitation goes to your official email
Open it from the agency’s inbox to set up your profile and tours. You go live once our checks are complete.
Is your agency already listed?
We added some Nepal agencies from their own websites. They are not partners yet and receive no quote requests until they are claimed and verified.

- Commission is charged on the accepted quote’s total (per-person prices times the travellers), at least $5 and at most $250 per quote. Cancelled trips can be credited.
- Invoiced monthly in Nepali rupees at the day’s rate. Annual billing: 2 months free.
- Agencies that claim their listing get 3 months of Standard free.
- Your plan never changes where your tours rank. Only paid Featured placement does, and it is always labelled.
Listing terms in brief
- You must be authorised to act for the agency, and the agency must hold a valid licence to operate tours in Nepal.
- We verify every agency before it goes live: documents, a phone call to the number on the agency’s own website, and an owner invitation sent to its official email.
- Your verification documents are seen only by our team and are deleted 90 days after we decide. See our privacy policy.
- You publish your own tours and keep them accurate. We can pause or remove any listing that is inaccurate or breaks our rules.
- Travellers’ email and phone number are shared with you when they accept your quote. Commission on accepted quotes and the monthly plan fee are invoiced monthly.
- Your plan never buys ranking. Only paid Featured placement changes order, and it is always labelled. See how we make money.
- A full partner agreement is signed before your agency goes live.
